RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19, returns will not be available at this time. We will allow exchanges only if the product was damaged or if the product did not fit the customer properly. Exchanges will only be confirmed once the customer has contacted us through our "CONTACT US" page, sent detailed pictures of the product, and once the OnE of oNe team confirms the transaction. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship all packages with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days once the order has been received. We will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by other conditions beyond our control. 

Items will ship either through USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

and also through USPS Priority Mail Express ( 1-2 business days)
